”I’ve stayed at this property several times including before it changed management. We have always enjoyed everything about it. My only strong suggestion is that there is better signage out by the highway. You do not see the hotel or the sign until you get very close to the turn and it is a very busy highway. Making a right hand turn is dangerous especially if you have not been there before.”

”The Hotel is lovely, clean, and has a minimal but thoughtful aesthetic. The bathroom and bedroom are huge, and the restaurant connected to the hotel is charming. The only drawback is the location. The town center is dilapidated and rundown, with many closed storefronts. I hope the town of Pittsfield can elevate its downtown area to match the vibe of this charming hotel. ”
