”Booked in advance with prepaid option and ended up with the first room on the first floor - definitely worse room in any hotel especially one that does not have a door separating the rooms from the entryway/check in area. Hotel was completely booked and very noisy. Great location and we may consider it again if we could guarantee a better room. Parking was free and available.”

”The room was clean but dated. The towels were very thin. The breakfast was good, with the usual make your own waffles, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, and juice machine. My in room safe was locked and unusable. All in all, it is a decent hotel whose rating is about accurate.”

”Breakfast was sub par, Best western normally has a good breakfast but this one didn’t. The beds were on the small side, I don’t believe that they were queen’s. The price was high but I guess all of the hotels are priced high for the area, I would expect more for that price it wasn’t a elite hotel, don’t know if I would recommend it to anyone.”

”The picture is NOT AT ALL where you are going how it looks all of it it incorrect it is more like a motel 6 the guy at the front desk was super sweet and helpful I loved him and his tan leather hat he was awesome it is a decent cheap place but don’t be sucked in by the pretty pictures”

”Our room was dirty. I don't even think they had even actually cleaned it. The carpets were disgusting and looked like they never vacuumed them. There were hair and debris in our sheets and what looked like a booger smeared on the nightstand. There was toothpaste still visible on the bathroom countertop area that we cleaned up with wipes ourselves. The shower looked dirty and there were black hairs on the floor and hand towels in the bathroom. We complained and were told they were sold out,...

”I feel as though they should include parking and at least breakfast in the price of the room.”

”This property was not up to date. It didn’t look anything like the pictures especially for the price we paid. I drove a total of 5 hours and went right back home because me and my family did not feel comfortable. Staff weren’t helpful and they were rude”

”Dirty, strange and rude staff with a criminal element mixed in. The pool is algae filled, nothing works like AC, we quickly just left and of course he refused repayment. There was a truck filled with trash, looked like a place for a squatter and it was the property was completely unkept. I was scared for myself and my family and want no one to ever visit.”
