”Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel”

”The staff was very helpful during my short stay. Breakfast was decent. The pancake maker was fun and the pancakes tasted good too. There was one item in the choices that I was not very happy about. The two things that could be improved were: 1) My room had some soda or something spots on the wall. The caulking in the bathroom sink was falling off as hands were being washed. 2) The eggs in the breakfast selection were not all that great. Other than those things, it’s a good place for a stop...

”Very impressed! The casino is beautiful and check in was easy. We loved our rooms overlooking the pool. Highly recommend! We were sad we were only there for one night. I would have loved to stay longer! Loved their casino also. I wish I was a little luckier on the slots. But had a great time.”

”After checking for bedbugs a syringe was found in the middle of the bed. Enough said.”

”The young man at the desk was very friendly and kind (AND I have to mention a ginger with blue eyes!) Very nice young man and helpful as well. Breakfast was awful. I know it's free so shouldn't complain but, ice cold eggs and sausage. They were even in a warmer. Otherwise the room was nice, the bed comfy anr/ .shower was great.”

”The Pine Lake resort has deteriorated since I stayed a year ago. The only amenity is a breakfast. No coffee machine n the room. The coffee and water sitting out is not maintained. There is no room maintenance on a daily basis. There is no ice machine. No access to a computer. The staff which are few appear to be sitting on a cell phone and/or outside on breaks. I will no longer stay there unless new management brings it up to standard.”

”Very clean room and lovely little space. Booked this room myself for work purposes and the cost for the value was awesome. Relatively inexpensive and you could tell the staff took pride in what they do. The toilet paper was even folded into little triangles at the end of the roll; small details really set this place off in a good way. I recently have had to stay in another local hotel that is much bigger, a more recognizable name, etc. and hands down I would pick Quality Inn over them any day....

”Affordable and nice for a quick stay. The breakfast wasn’t the best. I expected more and honestly better quality. Would stay again but skipping the breakfast next time”

”The breakfast on Saturday morning was the best part of the whole stay. Great server great food and quite tasty ! The room was very clean but the internet was intermittent The TV was on and off every time it rained. Plus our room phone did not work at all.... Needs work. ✌”

”The sink didn't drain. They have apet policy that stays you can't leave your animal. A dog barked non stop all night! Trash laying all around outside. At 7 a.m. the dog was left again and woke us up gosling. Breakfast was a joke! The oj was water, none of the stuff had been stirred, there was no fruit or yogurt. I would never stay again”

”Not good. I knew not to expect much but for $104 a night but I didn’t think it would also smell like sewage and vomit. Stained mattress cover hanging out of the sheet, unreal grime levels as pictured. Would not have stayed the night if I’d seen these things before getting back to the room too late to leave….not worth it. Save and go somewhere else cleaner that won’t make you feel like your skin is crawling. Also pool looks like it’s been closed for a decade. Front desk guy was nice.”
