”The room and lobby area was impressively clean. I didn't wake up early enough for the included breakfast. This was not a problem for us as we are deep sleepers, but for someone who is not, they may want to request a room furthest from the express way. Highway traffic noise was not avoidable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!”

”I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself. Another issue I had was that I cut my foot on a small shard of glass on the pool deck. The floor is made of tiny pebbles in grout,, and I am sure it is difficult to clean up after a...

”My room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and opulent with a large shower area. I had a mini fridge, sofa, king size bed and large TV with cable. The breakfast included had a wide variety of hot and cold items and was constantly maintained I was very comfortable during my stay and would highly recommend the Hyatt for a great stay at a reasonable rate.”

”The hotel is renovating rooms, so there is some visible construction material, but we stayed in one of the updated rooms and it looked and was AMAZING! Totally worth the money By all the main shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the traffic. We go to alliance at least twice a year and will stay here from now on.”

”Would stay here again. Needs more outlets, so whatever you do, don’t look behind the end table to look for one. You’ll find soda bottles and room keys caked in dust. However the frequently used areas are very clean.”
