”Great place to stay while visiting Keene. This hotel is close to all the amenities Keene has to offer. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel looks as though it’s been recently updated. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff was kind. Dillion was eager to help with anything we needed. We will definitely return to Elm City Hotel when we travel back to Keene, Nh.”

”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”This place probably has the worst quality/price rating ever. Rooms are small, worn out and dirty. Bed was very worn out with a very poor mattress. Only entertainment in the room was the Holy Bible that was left laying on the table. There were even no glasses on the room (are we supposed to drink straight from the tap?).
When we arrived to the place, we were directed to a room that was not cleaned. When going back to the reception, they appologized and gave us another room.

”Tammy, the assistant inn keeper and restaurant manager was fantastic. She was attentive to every need. The restaurant staff was phenomenal as well highly recommend, it’s a little hidden gem off the beaten path. I will definitely return. Had a fabulous time.”

”I think all Hilton hotels have the same small and flat pillows which are not comfortable to sleep on but over all, It was okay. May be I just need to change my option in choosing where to stay. Breakfast is the same.”
