”Friendly staff. I had been traveling for three days with no sleep and they gave me an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. Cleaned the room daily and made my stay a pleasant one. This was the second time I have stayed at this Hotel during my Cuenca visits.”

”La recepción fue muy deficiente, la persona a cargo estuvo pésima. Cero servicio. Una de ella fue mas servicial.”

”Nice hotel, a little far from the city center. The room was great but without ac, we had to sleep the window opened. Breakfast offers a large choice of sweet and salted food,”

”Relaxing getaway. Everything we needed and more. We will definitely be returning. Thank you staff for all your hard work and welcoming.”

”LOVED this hotel! It is conveniently located in the historical section of Cuenca and is a landmark antique building. Well maintained and provided a good place to rest after traversing the city sightseeing. A restaurant is available on site as well as complimentary breakfast that was wonderful. They can also assist you with making plans if needed. Easily walkable to the main plaza near the cathedrals as well as stores and local eateries. There is also a Tranvia (street tram) within a few blocks...

”Excellent stay. Beautiful and great service 100/10”
