The house is situated at the end of a private, dead-end road and contains three bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, providing a total of eight sleeping places. There is plenty of room for both big and small guests.



The kitchen and living room are combined into one bright, open space, creating the perfect setting for socialising, shared meals, board games, or simply peace and the view through the large windows. Outside, you can bask in the sunshine on the south-facing terrace and in the secluded garden, which invites play and relaxation and offers direct access to a protected natural area – all just a stone’s throw from the beach.



At 117 m², the house is neither too big nor too small – it’s just the right size for a relaxed holiday. In addition, there is an extra 27 m² multi-purpose room with double bed, and an extra sofa bed. There’s room for fun and focus, no matter the weather or season.



The terrace is ideal for barbecue evenings and long summer nights under the open sky or on the covered terrace, while children can play safely in the unnoticeable garden.



The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill.



Two pets are allowed.
