”Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna.”

”Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets.”

”Séjour très agréable, la résidence est magnifique et très bien entretenue. L'appartement dispo d'une terrasse couverte qui devient une vraie pièce de vie en été car protégée de la chaleur. Marina di Pisticci est au calme et assez proche des endroits à visiter (2h de route max). La seule difficulté pour nous qui ne parlons pas italien a été la communication car nous avons croisé très peu de gens capables de comprendre et/ou parler une autre langue que l'italien.”

Das Objekt liegt auf dem Land, nicht am Hafen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar, nächster Supermarkt (selbst recherchiert) ca. 10(!) km entfernt ! Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch ! Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes...

”Wunderschönes, kleines Höuschen, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und darüber hinaus Wasser, Kaffee, gekühltes Bier, Gewürze, Spül- und Waschmittel... Der Vermieter hat uns ein Restaurant empfohlen und dort sogar angerufen und uns angekündigt (wir bekamen sogar noch eine große Platte Pommes gratis). Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.”

Daraufhin folgte von uns die Antwort, dass bitte nichts verbucht werden soll, da kein Aufenthalt somit zu Stande kommt. Auf der Kreditkarte ist der Aufenthalt verbucht worden, obwohl dieser nicht stattfand! Wir können Fewo absolut nicht empfehlen, da die Kommunikation zwischen Inhaber und Vermittler nicht besteht! Ausserdem werden Daten...

”La villetta è vicinissima all'area divertimento del villaggio (parco giochi, ristorante, campetti, piscina, teatro, etc.), mentre dista un po' dal mare, al quale comunque si arriva facilmente grazie alla frequente corriera (che non è stata mai affollata). Gli spazi sono ampi per un soggiorno di tre persone (coniugi e figlia). Efficienti e funzionali quasi tutti gli elettrodomestici: boiler, frigo, forno e lavatrice. Peccato per il condizionatore un po' "affaticato"; mentre il televisore non lo...

”Immobile veramente molto confortevole e funzionale. Lo spazio esterno molto ampio e rilassante. Piccole problematiche nella gestione dell'immobile, che si sono risolte al telefono con il proprietario che purtroppo non abbiamo conosciuto. La struttura di Marinagri è veramente molto bella, purtroppo poco sfruttata e con pochissimi servizi, occorre sempre andare a Policoro o altrove per spesa o altro. Il mare vicino a casa raggiungibile a piedi è molto simile ad altri posti raggiungibili in auto....

”Abbiamo trascorso 11 notti in uno degli appartamenti di Terre del Faro a Scanzano Jonico, e devo dire che è come se fossimo stati a casa nostra. La struttura si trova vicino al mare, raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. L'appartamento risulta molto confortevole, tranquillo e silenzioso. Giusy e suo padre sono gentilissimi e vi sapranno fornire ogni indicazione e informazione utile per la vostra vacanza. Se torneremo da queste parti sicuramente Terre del Faro sarà nuovamente la nostra "base" per...
