”This is our second time staying at Shepherd's Run and we loved it again! We stayed during the week (with our 2 kids) and it is very quiet. I know there are weddings there on the weekends. The Inn and grounds are beautiful, the wine and charcuterie boards are amazing, the rooms are big and nicely updated with modern finishes and the breakfast is delicious!! I can't say enough good things about this wonderful Inn! ”
”We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though ”
”We had at first not considered Middletown as the area we wanted to stay, but weren't able to find accommodation elsewhere. How wrong we were! This area and in particular, this hotel was perfect for what we needed after a full day in Newport. The second floor room had a balcony which was an added plus, the room itself was well designed with a sofa and desk, microwave and frig. The bathroom was a bit old and small, but no real complaints can be made. The free breakfast in the morning was great....

We had one of the duplex townhouses that had a balcony which was amazing! Loved having breakfast delivered each morning and sitting out on the balcony enjoying the great weather! ”This property is perfect! I loved the stay at Burbank Rose Inn! Staff was amazing, room was spacious! The only thing was there is no elevator for when you need to bring your luggage up to the third floor (& back down). The parking lot is far but it was easier for us to pay for parking across the street.
