”I had to register over a cell phone by a lady who couldn’t speak English. A man came on phone and said lady needed my id and credit card to take a picture on phone. Not too thrilled with that. Accommodations were ok for price. No coffee in room. Had to go across parking lot to office to get a terrible watered down cup of coffee. There was NO breakfast even though it was advertised on web. For $10 more I would rather go to Comfort Inn next door for great room and great breakfast of waffles,...

”Pros:The rooms were immaculate! Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes , utensils etc! Nice livingroom area. Cons: it's contactless but thankfully there was someone at the desk. We got our key cards but they didn't work so luckily she could fix them. I never got the email the last night with directions to check out as promised. But we figured it out.”

”Terrible experience. Called early about a late check in, after checking in on the Marriott app because for some reason j was not granted a digital key. They said this particular hotel does not allow digital keys until you come to front with id. I asked if it would be a problem to come in late as I expected to be between 12-1 am. They said no problem. I get in around 12:30 and lo and behold they cannot apparently make keys after 12. Was told if I want to go in and out of room or hotel they need...
