”Clean and comfortable room with a huge bathroom. Everything seemed to be in good working order. Quick check-in and check out. A very good value for the money!”

”The room next to our room had a ring camera right above their room. I didn’t feel safe as our room was at the end of the hallway and that was so weird. The front desk didn’t do anything about it either. ”

”There was a dirty sock right in front of the couch when we walked in, they're was blood on the comforter, there were pillows without pillowcases, and the pillows were filthy, the ones with pillow cases. Had hairs on them. The juice machine was out of order and the only option for a drink with breakfast was hot water. Other than that, breakfast had Navy options for food and it was hot at 6:15am, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and it was very quiet, for a hotel.”

”We stayed for one night at the Fairfield Inn in Scarborough, Maine. It met our needs for this stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Bruce in the breakfast room was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to be sure that everything was full and that everyone had what they needed. ”

”The pullout mattress looked like someone had been murdered on it. Dark stains all over. Absolutely horrible. Additionally, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this is the first one that I could hear every footstep the room above us made. ”

”Check in was a nightmare. Key machine did not work and it took over an hour to get in to a room where the key only worked once. After finally getting in I was assigned a different room as we couldn’t get the key to work.”

”The room was clean and nicely set up. Although they do require a 100$ deposit that you get back a few days after checkout. So that was weird.”

”I liked the thought of a kitchen. Fully stocked means bare minimum on dishes and silverware. Dishwasher didn't work. Garbage disposal had horrible odor. I ran hot water and soap down it. Refrigerator also looks clean but has odor. Bedroom was great size bedding was great.the pillows were my favorite part. 1 out of 4 staff I interacted with was pleasant the rest were rude, 1 was insulting. The elevator is at one end of the building, naturally our room was at the opposite, No ceiling fans...
