”The location of the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were superb and clean. We loved the private beach and the pool.
A huge, huge thank you to the servers and the kitchen staff at the restaurant. I arrived one day and really wanted a veggie roti. They only had chicken and beef on the menu. I asked our server if they had veggie and she said to me "not now but if you want one for dinner I will ask the kitchen to have it ready for you". And they did. And it was delicious! Even better - I didn't...

”Positives - The staff was very friendly and helpful
The free breakfast- it shocked us all, as both the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were spacious, adequate and clean. The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. Too bad we were not able to bathe due to the Sargassum.
Negatives - Our 2nd day, got up, no water, staff took too
rectify the problem. Kindly...

”From the time I booked the trip, Ruth was in contact and consistently responded to any questions in a timely manner. She made sure that we settled in comfortably and even suggested nearby places to eat after hours. There was absolutely no detail that was overlooked; from the check-in process, to the decor, to the amenities.
