”Breakfast buffet was a disaster-out of food 1-1 1/2 hours before breakfast was done at 9 AM-offering for vegetarians a disaster. Worst experience in all of our travels.”

”The night staff who checked me in was very helpful. The remainder of the evening was spent listening to the people always, yelling, talking and footsteps upstairs. ”Ac did not work, room was 89 when I entered it. Tv was inop as well. Switched me rooms and that tv reception was not good at all!!! Staff was less than helpful and instead of ac they wanted me to have a huge square fan to haul to my room. Easily the very worst stay I’ve ever had booking with Expedia. I truly believe I deserve a refund. Had I been told the building had ac not working I would have stayed elsewhere but they told me ac didn’t work AFTER I checked in. Bad bad bad!!!!!!!!”

”My room was satisfactory as far as cleanliness. So many things went wrong... first of all I called the hotel before my stay to find out what the dog fee would be and was told $25 per night. I get to the hotel and while checking in I was told that the manager had just raised the fee to $40 per night, even though the form I was made to sign had $25 per night - the lady at the front desk checking me in would not let me pay $25 and insisted I had to pay $40. ”Property needs a majoy upgrade. Our room had a very weird smell to it, even after wiping things down and cleaning it. Parking was uneasy due to a lot of people crowding withun the area. Hallway to the rooms had spills and trash. Checkin agent seemed as if she just woke up and wasnt interested in assisting us. Ants in bathroom and breakfast food was not great. Overall rating would be 0 for me. ”

”At first glance even looked great. However after checking in we noticed the ground floor room we had was irregular concrete covered by a a short pile carpet. It was like there were 1/2” x 3-4” cookies under the carpet like it had been used to cover an irregular concrete surface. Not good for my wife who is confined to a walker since breaking her pelvis 2 mo ago. The jetted tub did not appear clean so I did not use it. ”The room was clean, I liked the shower design. The walls and ceiling were this so sound carried through easily. But the staff were great. There were no real amenities though, could use new vending machines and maybe a continental breakfast.”

”Breakfast was amazing. This was above and beyond. Delicious waffles and breakfast sandwiches, and wide variety! Parking was good We’ve stayed in Bremerton multiple tints and would highly recommend. Great location near shops and freeway.”
