”Breakfast was tasty and very filling. Food was freshly made. I had scheduled for a 9am breakfast but went down to breakfast around 830am, but the hosts accomodated that change easily. Bathroom was fully stocked and clean. Bed had fresh linen and was extremely comfortable. I had a wonderful night there. There is parking for 6 cars in the driveway, or parking on the street (depending on how many other people park on the stree). The house is next to a church which sometimes rings its church bell....

”I stay here frequently for work. I ended up with an update for $20 a night with a kitchen and living area which was lovely. Room very clean. New shower faucet was really confusing to use and you couldn’t actually see on there where the hot and cold was. Also no vanity kits. Was desperate for a shower cap and nail file. Check in was good. Friendly front desk. He asked for my Credit card. I said do you need my ID? He said oh yes thanks for reminding me. The next day my key wouldn’t work and he...

”Breakfast had good variety. Not sure why turkey bacon and not regular bacon though, at least have both options. Hor fresh waffles was amazing! Why hide the expresso machine for breakfast only? Breakfast closed off too early, should be at least 10am not 930. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of towels by the pool. Nice tvs by the common area to watch games and hang out. Bonus to have a resturant in the same parking lot. Should not have to pay for parking. Overall great stay, clean...

”Great location, beautiful architecture but there was no dining options, the desk staff wear many hats so often there was a “be right back” sign out and some of them did not appear to enjoy working their shift. Strong chlorine smell in the lobby, no dining options, the shower curtain fell down when I hung a wet towel on it (I’m old so I knew how to fix it), housekeeping every third day but if you appreciate character hotels those issues are worth the experience.”

”The room was in a state of extreme disrepair. There were tears and stains in the chairs and bedding - absolutely disgusting. The faucet in the bathroom was broken and the sink looked like someone had poured coffee or a brown substance on it and it hadn't been cleaned by housekeeping. There was also dirty linens/towels in the room - this was unacceptable and the couple I'd booked this for had to leave the same night. They didn't end up staying because the place was so disgusting and dirty.”

”Hotel is located within walking distance of the TD Colliseum and the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Front desk staff were friendly, patient and helpful. Room was very clean and nicely equiped. Breakfast buffet is served 6:30 - 9:30 weekdays and offered a number of choices. ”
