This modern, high-end 3-room vacation apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the first floor, right next to the spa gardens. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the beach promenade with its many shops and restaurants, as well as the fine-sand beach. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.
Four people will find plenty of space here for a relaxing vacation in a spacious living and dining area with a balcony, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. The open and bright living/dining area features an anthracite-colored leather sofa, light-colored furniture, a large dining table with 6 chairs, a large flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system with an iPhone docking station, and Wi-Fi access. The kitchen, with its high-quality high-gloss cabinet fronts, is fully equipped and offers everything needed to make your vacation pleasant and comfortable: a seating area with two chairs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and much more. From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony, which faces west and invites you to enjoy wonderful hours of sunshine. The bedrooms and the bathroom are accessible via the spacious hallway. The hallway is separated from the living/dining area by a door with glass panels. The bathroom is equipped with high-quality tiles and fixtures, as well as underfloor heating, and features a window overlooking the spa gardens. The shower is separated from the rest of the room by a glass wall and is tiled with mosaic tiles that extend to floor level. A washing machine is available for your use.
The cozy, well-furnished bedrooms face the spa gardens and offer peace and relaxation. For a restful night’s sleep, the exterior roller shutters provide complete darkness when desired. The larger bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), closets, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a closet. The entire apartment (except for the bathroom) is equipped with designer flooring. Suitable for people with allergies! During the 2026 season from May 1 to September 15, a beach chair is included! One parking space in the underground garage. No pets! Non-smoking apartment.



The modern Kurparkresidenz apartment complex is centrally located. The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments, some of which offer views of the Kurpark. The apartments are located directly across from the Kurpark, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone.
