This beautiful, bright 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz with a large sunroom is ideal for 2 people with a dog.
It’s in a quiet location with a view of the countryside and just a few steps from the beach and the spa gardens.

The apartment features a cozy living area in the sunroom with a sunny dining area, cable TV, a hi-fi system, a CD player, and Wi-Fi.
The inviting and spacious south-facing terrace is furnished in a modern style.

The open and modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.
The bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, single-piece mattress) and the shower room/restroom, which you reach by going down three steps, complete the amenities. A complimentary toiletries set consisting of hair/body gel, body lotion, and hand soap is available.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
For added comfort, bathrobes are provided exclusively for you.

During the 2026 season from May 15–September 15, you can enjoy the sun on the beach in a beach chair (at Grande Beach) free of charge.

A parking space is located right next to the house.

Dogs are welcome!

This is a non-smoking apartment.

Barbecuing is permitted only with an electric grill.

The lawns around the house are communal property; they are purely for decorative purposes and may not be used!!!!



Villa Schöneck is located just a 3-minute walk from the beach, in an absolutely quiet yet central location. The apartment is modern, tastefully furnished, and comfortably equipped with Wi-Fi. Tennis courts, shopping, and the pier are all nearby. Parking is available.
