One-room apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea
The one-room apartment measures 51 m² and is located on the mezzanine level (also accessible by elevator).
It is equipped to accommodate 4 people.

A special highlight: a beach chair awaits you on the beach from May 15 through September 15.

For sleeping arrangements, the apartment offers a comfortable double box-spring bed (160x200) and a sleeper sofa (140x200).
A smart TV and a Wi-Fi speaker are available. You can surf the Internet via Wi-Fi in the apartment. Netflix and YouTube are installed on the TV; you just need your login credentials.

The large, high-quality dining table provides space for light snacks or elaborate meals. You can prepare these in the fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster).

The terrace is 12 m² in size, furnished, and partially covered. If the sun is too bright while you’re enjoying the ocean view, you can extend an awning.

The apartment’s original layout is clearly visible in the exposed wooden beams on the ceiling. This rustic charm harmonizes beautifully with the otherwise clean, Nordic interior.
The shower room includes a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.

The parking space is located behind the house and is reserved for you.

The building has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for a fee. There is also a communal sauna (for a fee). Bicycles you bring with you can be stored safely in the bike storage room.

For families with children, we are happy to provide a crib and a high chair for an additional fee (€15 each).
