The one-room apartment measures 31 m² and is located on the mezzanine level (also accessible by elevator).

It is equipped to accommodate 2 adults and 1 additional toddler up to 2 years old.

As a special highlight: from May 15 through September 15, a beach chair is available for our guests on the beach.

The apartment features a comfortable double box-spring bed (160x200) for sleeping.
For families with children, we’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair for an additional fee.

A Smart TV is available. You can access the internet via Wi-Fi in the apartment. Netflix and YouTube are installed on the TV; you just need your login credentials.

Cozy seating at the table provides a place to relax. In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

The terrace is 9 m² in size, furnished, and partially covered. Thanks to its south-facing orientation and end location, you can enjoy the sun all day long. A patio umbrella and an eclectic window shutter are provided.

The shower room features a toilet, sink, and a hair dryer.

The apartment was newly furnished in 2026.

The parking space (15) is located behind the building and is reserved for you.

The building has a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for a fee. There is also a communal sauna (for a fee). Bicycles you bring with you can be stored safely in the bike storage room.

This is a non-smoking apartment,
and dogs are welcome upon request.
