”Personale al check in strafottente e menefreghista..se si presenta un problema non Fanno nulla per aiutarti a risolverlo..personalmente ho rimesso i soldi della prenotazione fatta con carta prepagata e al check in volevano solo carta di credito .. volevo dare cauzione con bancomat o contanti.. nulla..sono dovuta andare in un altro albergo.. pessime persone ”

”The room was told to be soundproof. It wasn’t and you could hear everything from the hallway even the next room taking a shower can be heard from our room. At night time some of the guests came in late and you can hear everything because the door doesn’t block the noise at all. We were promised starting appetizer but didn’t have them until i called about it. We asked for a blanket to sleep with because the room only had a sheet to sleep with. I called about it and the employee were rude and...

We wanted a central location to explore the area- trips to Capri, The Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Vesuvius, this couldn’t have been a better location in the main square with access to the train station and the port. It isn’t a quiet location if that is what you are looking for. Impeccably clean, small and personal, wonderful pastries at breakfast, a perfect choice. ”

Only negative thing was that all the noises from the corridoor/breakfast area woke us up a bit too early each morning... We arrived a bit later than the reception is normally open, did email about it and no problems:) and as well we got a call to make sure that everything was ok and we were arriving more or less on time; made us feel that we are really really welcome:) We would definately stay at Maison...

”Very nice place to stay! Easy to get there either you come by boat, bus or train and the city center is just around the corner. We were in Sorrento already in the morning, but were able to leave our luggage there. Very friendly owners! The room was very clean and cosy. Exellent breakfast was served in to the room.”

”Very nice place, high quality rooms with balcony, luxury feeling. It was easy to find imo, and is situated nicely a walk from garibaldi and the old town. Great staff, clean and comfy rooms with a good breakfast makes for a good stay. We only spent one night. The rooms are situates by a busy square (on the other side though) and the noise comes in to the room. I’m a good sleeper so it was not a problem. It get’s more silent in the evening. ”
