Located on the sunny slope of Schiltach, this quiet holiday apartment offers a wonderful view of the old town with its half-timbered houses. The 67 m² apartment accommodates up to two guests and features one bedroom, a spacious living and dining area, and a bathroom. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, a selection of cooking utensils and spices, a pod coffee machine, and a ceramic filter for classic filter coffee. The apartment also includes a TV, fast Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo system, record player, books, and a washing machine. In winter, underfloor heating and radiators ensure cozy warmth. In summer, an air conditioning unit in the living/dining area will also cool the bedroom to a comfortable temperature (available from May 2027). Enjoy stunning views from the winter garden, or admire contemporary art that gives the apartment a unique touch.

The medieval old town, just 200 m away, offers restaurants and daily shopping. There is an outdoor pool in the neighboring village. Parking is available on the street. The apartment is well connected to public transport, and a free city bus operates in Schiltach.



Smoking is not permitted inside. Parties, events, and additional guests beyond the booking are not allowed. The apartment is not barrier-free, but is step-free inside.
