”Loved this hotel! Staff were very friendly, location was perfectly in the middle of the locations we were going to. Bus stops right in front of the restaurant attached to the hotel, and this same bus goes straight to the train station so public transportation is convenient. Despite not adding the breakfast option, coffee, tea, water, and umbrellas were available to all guests. Thank you for an awesome stay!”
”We stayed here while there was a heat wave - no AC in the room, and opening windows created 2 other problems - lots of mosquitoes flying in and a lot of noise - the low point was when someone started to use 2-stroke bush-trimmer next to the hotel 06 AM. Bathroom did not remove any moist and felt more like a Turkish steam sauna. Would have probably been much better experience if the weather had been colder.”

”This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! ”

”While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road.”

”We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!
It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald ”
”I usually try to stay close to whatever transport hub I’m using. But the were no rooms available in Interlaken, so I had to look further afield and happened upon a gem I would never have expected to find. Set on the mountain side with a view of Lake Thun and the Jungfrau mountains right there in front of your own private balcony. An amazing view. The room was compact but very clean. My only quibble was that bed had a footboard which is always a problem for tall people. The bus stop is right...

”We love our stay in Salzano Hotel & Spa. It was very relaxing stay. Very charming chalet style hotel and spa. It’s not in the center Interlaken but from Interlake OST (east) and Interlaken West were the main train hub it Bus 21 takes you to Salzano Hotel. Spa only open till 9pm. ”
”I’m very impressed and satisfied with my stay . The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. The decorations and design is so vintage and I remembered some of the old pots and pans and iron displayed all over the lobby . The front desk staff were helpful and always smiling . The room was so cozy and clean . I had the beautiful view of the mountain and water . The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious ! The servers were all accommodating , friendly , smiling , courteous....
