Leave the stress of everyday life behind and enjoy your stay in my newly built and lovingly furnished house, which, nestled among the Berchtesgaden mountains, promises an unforgettable vacation. The house (set to open in summer 2024) includes my own apartment on the first floor as well as three vacation apartments. On the first floor, there are two vacation apartments, each accommodating two people (with the option of a sleeper sofa or travel crib), featuring a panoramic balcony and everything your heart desires. On the second floor is a large vacation apartment with two bedrooms (plus a sleeper sofa and/or travel crib available). All three apartments have a large balcony with mountain views, perfect for enjoying a cozy cup of coffee or a nightcap after an eventful day. Each apartment is unique and filled with special touches. One impresses with its breathtaking mountain view from the bedroom—another with a bathtub for relaxation—and the third with its charm. You can park right next to the house and, depending on your preference, use the bus stop 500 meters away or explore the beautiful countryside on foot or by bike along the countless trails.
The stylish and tastefully furnished apartment leaves nothing to be desired. From a high-quality kitchen with an inviting dining area to a romantic, cozy lounge, everything is provided.
A spacious bathroom with a towel warmer and rain shower, as well as a cozy bedroom, a large balcony with mountain views, and much more await you. Here, you can't only unwind from the stresses of everyday life—you’ll hopefully also feel right at home.
Towels and bed linens are provided! Changes upon request!

My house stands out for its quiet yet central location in Oberschönau. Whether it’s a restaurant, a bus stop, or hiking trails—you can reach many places on foot in just a few minutes if you wish. The Berchtesgadener Land offers a wide variety of excursion options—there’s something for every taste., Whether it’s taking a boat ride on Lake Königssee, visiting the Kehlstein or the salt mine, taking a trip up the Jenner, or exploring countless hiking and touring options in the surrounding mountains, there’s something for everyone here.
