Holiday apartment with 1 bedroom

Our holiday apartment in a newly built house is located on the top floor with a view of the Berchtesgaden Alps. The entire living area is on one level and offers 86 m² of living space. With two bedrooms, the apartment provides ample room for the whole family, up to four people. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room with comfortable seating, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a cozy sitting area. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet. We also provide a washing machine for your use. Next door is another toilet with a sink. The apartment also features two balconies, each furnished with seating. Private parking is available in front of the apartment.

If the apartment is booked for two people who do not wish to share a bedroom, we reserve the right to charge a small supplement for single occupancy.
