Black Forest Lodge with jacuzzi & outdoor sauna

The Hornwald Lodge offers a 5-star experience in the middle of the Black Forest. Located on the edge of the forest, the house is the ideal place for a break from everyday life - whether in the outdoor area with jacuzzi, forest sauna and outdoor kitchen or inside the home. The large, secluded property on the edge of the forest and the views of the Black Forest are a unique experience. The wellness area invites you to relax in all seasons and is open all year round. The house is located on the edge of the forest in a prominent location with a view over the Black Forest and nature.
The Hornwald Lodge and the spacious driveway with space for up to 5 cars can be reached via a paved road. The lodge was recently renovated by us, with particular attention being paid to high-quality, authentic and traditional design. Today, with its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and various living rooms, it offers modern living in a traditional Black Forest look.
Our kitchen is equipped for both short getaways and long-term stays and offers everything you need for cooking and baking. Directly adjacent is the "hunting room", which serves as a dining room with space for all guests, as well as the spacious living room with a great view over the village.
In total, the Hornwald Lodge has 3 large, comfortable bedrooms. The largest of the bedrooms even has its own "en-suite" bathroom for maximum privacy and luxury. The other two bedrooms share an equally beautiful bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
The highlight of the lodge, in addition to the interior, is the huge wellness area outside. You can relax in the jacuzzi at up to 40 degrees Celsius or enjoy our forest sauna with up to 100 degrees Celsius. Additional outdoor facilities include:
- Hybrid jacuzzi with wood-burning heater and electric heating (up to 40 degrees celsius)
- Forest sauna with panorama window and Black Forest views (up to 100 degrees celsius)
- Fire pit with comfortable Adirondack-chairs for all guests
- Outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, separate stove & pizza oven (up to 450 degrees)
- Large, round dining table for up to 8 people
- Table tennis and giant Jenga
- Private parking for up to 5 cars
- E-charging station - simply plug in & charge with up to 22kW (additional fees apply)
Due to the isolated location on the edge of the forest, all parts of the property are absolutely private. The house and the entire property including the wellness area are only available to our guests and do not have to be shared with other guests. Despite the secluded location, the village can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. There you will find all the shops you need for daily needs, such as a supermarket (EDEKA) or restaurants and cafes. The house is easy to reach all year round, as there is a public winter service to the house and the road is paved all the way.
