The maisonette apartment features a large, comfortable, and elegant living room, divided into a dining and living area with a TV corner; a separate bed complements the high-quality furnishings. From the sofa, the dining area, and of course the balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. On clear days, the balcony enjoys sunshine from early morning until afternoon. The windows facing the balcony are equipped with electrically operated exterior blinds. The hallway and kitchen are open-plan. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher and standard appliances. A room divider separates the kitchen from the rest of the living area.

The bathroom on this level is bright and airy. The living/dining area and hallway feature warm parquet flooring. The kitchen and bathroom are tiled in light colors.
