”Very responsive cute place to stay at near bar harbor”

”Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at this hotel. In the middle of the night, while we were asleep, someone unlocked and attempted to open our room door. Fortunately, the security latch stopped the door from opening completely, although the force partially ripped the door trim from the wall. The room had only the standard door lock and the security latch. After this incident, I had to wedge a chair under the door handle to keep the door secure for the rest of the night. Needless...

”Our stay was adequate. Although the room smelled clean when we arrived, there was a musty smell every time the HVAC was running. Our breakfast experience wasn't good, they ran out of oats, bagels and some other food items during breakfast time and never replaced them for the next day. We will unfortunately not go back to this Best Western again.”

”Staff was wonderful plus some ! Cabin a bit musty but opened windows & everything was great. Cabin was very clean & bed was comfortable !!! Loved the girl that checked us in - Little confusion on my part & she couldn’t have been sweeter ❤️ AND… they just put in a pool !”

”The location was alright. The room was outdated. The bathroom had rust on the heating unit. The cleaning lady did a nice job with what she had to work with. There seem to have a problem with the septic system for the flush didn’t always flush good.When the room was booked it said the pool would be open for the season 2026. When we arrived for a long weekend for July 4th the pool was closed and stayed closed until the last afternoon we were there. It was in the 90’s every day. The air...

”It is a older motel with some rooms remodeled. Great to put your head down for the night. We only stayed 1 night, on arrival got changed and went out, came back to sleep and leave first thing in the AM. Suited my needs”
