”My room was not that clean, the security bar on my door was broken, the pool room was not that clean. No one was at the counter whenI needed help and the air conditioner didn't work that well.”

”Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.”

”Never did get into a room. Arrived at 3 PM and we’re told they didn’t have enough staff cleaning rooms so there would be a wait. Many people waiting in the lobby. We came back at 8 PM and they still didn’t have any rooms. Seems the staff walked out earlier in the day. Luckily found another room about 20 minutes away. The town was sold out because of graduation and a wedding. I worked in hotels for many years and this was the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ll never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.”

”First of all ice machine on our floor broken all 5 days we were there. Air conditioning I. Fitness room not working and it was 90. Thirdly never had change for washer and dryer. Said would get some every day. Finally had to walk to liquor store across the street”

”It is older and well used, the beds were great. The bathroom was clean but well used. The breakfast was typical but limited to choice. Marriott has not visited for awhile!”
