”The location is beautiful - a long frontage on Lake George. The condition of the property is, literally, pristine. I am not sure how it manages to be so perfectly maintained and still look like a traditional lake resort. We could not have been more pleased.”

”First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!”

”My husband and I had a very nice (peaceful) time at Camp Lillian. The location is great if you are looking for privacy and little to no road traffic. The cabin itself was cute and very inviting. We loved the fact that a dip in the hot tub was super convenient, as it is just a minute walk up the hill (location is key). The Wi-Fi access was great! The kitchen was fully stocked for your convenience. The only downside we quickly noticed was having one wash cloth available for two people, staying two...

”Fantastic trip overall. I stayed for two nights with my girlfriend and we absolutely loved the cabin. We also got out to High Peaks for a day hike in the Adirondacks. Would absolutely stay here again. Only thing is we didn’t know what time to show up for pizza. Communication was good up until I asked what time, so I’m guessing that message just fell through the cracks. We arrived to the pizza location at 7:30, were informed that it had started at 6:30, and everything was already cleaned up....

”Our stay at Tacklebox was lovely. The cabin is spotlessly clean and very cozy with thoughtful amenities you would expect at a luxury resort: a beautiful sauna, Japanese soaking tub, nice bath products, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, a firepit, 2 kayaks, a canoe, etc. Access to Lake Champlain from a private dock was easy and the view across the lake from the cabin's deck was spectacular, especially at sunset. All in all, we had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the Tacklebox.”
