Ferienwohnung Mirow OT Schwarz

The approx. 70 sqm three-room holiday apartment for 2 people is located separately on the upper floor of the owner's house on the approx. 1000 sqm residential property directly on the Schwarzer See. Access is via a separate external staircase.



The apartment was modernised in 2019 and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x French double bed, width: 1.40 m), a large kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by central heating. There is a small balcony with a seating area and a wonderful view of the lake, a furnished outdoor seating area with sun loungers and barbecue facilities, secure storage space for bicycles and a car park. Internet (WLAN) is also available. A rowing boat can also be hired directly from the owner (EUR 5/day).



Final cleaning and water consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. Electricity/energy is charged according to consumption. Pets are not allowed.



The owner runs a garden visavis certified with the quality seal Nature in the Garden, where you can buy products from her own production, such as jam, liqueur and syrup. House guests receive a free jar of jam on arrival.



Schwarz is a small holiday resort on the lake of the same name within a charming lake landscape between Müritz and the state border with Brandenburg. The centre of the village is a classic village church from the 18th century. Numerous holiday accommodations also characterise the village. Schwarzer See is a beautiful bathing and fishing lake with two bathing beaches and a festival meadow with a restaurant (open in season). Motorboats are not permitted on the lake, which makes it pleasantly quiet compared to many other lakes in the region. There is also a bicycle hire service in Schwarz, and the small town of Mirow is approx. 5 km away. It is located directly on the Müritz-Havel waterway and is a centre of attraction for water sports enthusiasts and hikers. The biggest attraction is the castle island with Mirow Castle, which only reopened in June 2014 after many years of restoration, the 3 Queens' Palace, the idyllic Love Island, St John's Church and the Old Castle Brewery with a restaurant. There are several restaurants and cafés, a fish smokehouse, shopping facilities and boat and bicycle hire in the town. Mirow can be easily reached by train via the railway connection to Neustrelitz.
