”We had a private room and it was quite terrible. The bed was very uncomfortable: the pillows, blankets, mattresses and bed linen. Also there was no air conditioning apart from a fan. The bathroom was quite poor, too. But the good thing is the breakfast and location were good.”

”There were plenty of showers and the beds were private with individual curtains. This hostel had all of the necessary facilities. There is not much to do around the building, but overall a nice and pleasant stay. I would stay again. ”

”We had a private room with double bed. There was not much room to move around in the room, but we knew that since it is an old prison cell. Friendly staff. A fan in the room helped with the heat. We had our window open too, but that let in the noise from the people talking loud in the garden area at night. (Maybe a sign out there that mentions quite time at night?) The location is good and otherwise calm. No common kitchen area, but they let us store our few food items in the staff fridge.”

”Amazing experience. Only stayed for one night, but was seriously looking for ways to extend just because it was such an awesome place. Love how they managed to renovate the place so that it acts as a living museum and a very comfortable stay. The restaurants was great and the staff was super friendly as well. A must do, if you're in the area.”
