”I would have liked to give a good review for the hotel, but their customer service is lacking. Our stay was ok in terms of facilities. Hotel room was nice, mini bar ok and additional services (sauna, bike rental) were a nice plus. The hotel is also conveniently situated close to a tram stop. BUT, check-in and check-out is slow. ”Ameron in Lucerne offers basic hotel services. It is a few blocks away from the train station and we could walk there within 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean but not spacious (probably what you would expect for the average hotel in Lucerne). It would be nice if Ameron would include a simple breakfast for the hotel guests.”
