âWe booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!
It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald â
âYou will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. The town itself and walk down to Gimmelwald is so enchanting that we were constantly in a state of awe!! Small grocery store and all you need are in MĂŒrren,...

The property is located near the railway, so the mountain-view rooms can be a bit noisy during the day, but trains donât run at night. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, I would recommend choosing a lake-view room for the best experience.â

But if you are traveling by car, know that you need to park your car down in Lauterbrunnen, this is a no car - zone. And the GPS leads you astray, so donât set the hotelâs address but simply Lauterbrunnen, then take the gondola up to MĂŒrren. â

âLocation wise, this could not be better. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was nice. The restaurant in the evening has a good selection of Swiss traditional dishes - otherwise you can cross the road and go to Loewen (which belongs to the hotel as well). Note that for late night check-in you need to call them so they can leave your room key in a safe box at the main entrance (dead easy).â
