Nice house - dead sourroundings

We did all toghether have a good stay at the house. The beautiful beach is close and the house really looks like it does on the pictures. However there are some things to remark: - The house doesn't have an oven - There is only little kitchen and cleaning equipment. If you stay more then one week you might have problems keeping some things clean. - The roof can't keep heavy rain out. Although we had sunshine for most of the two weeks. One thunderstorm let the water come through the ceiling. - If you go there off season, like we did in the last two weeks of September, hardly anything in San Giorgio is open. There is only one restaurant that opens in the evenings. For anything else you'd have to go at least 15 min by car. - There are some stray dogs who are not aggressive but also not easy to scare away. One of them played with a dress of ours and tore it apart.

Great vacation villa in Sicily

Everything was as advertised, perfect location close to the beach. Hosts were welcoming and responsive when needed, one of the A/C units broke down, they had it serviced quickly but unfortunately had to wait a few days for a replacement part. Regardless we loved our stay, would definitely stay again!

Great vacation spot!

Beautiful house, super close to the beach - which is amazing! A bit far from all the restaurants, supermarkets etc but with the car it’s easy too! The hosts are wonderful!

hi, we spend 11 nights at the end of august in villa muciare. From the beginning you need to know that the villa has a common wall with the house next door.The separation wall seems to be made out of paper as you can hear every little noise made by the neighbors especially in the evening/night time. The entire yard of the villa is paved and very little greenery therefore there is a stuffy sensation and there is no ventilation in the courtyard.It is like a riad. Please make sure theAC units are working as one got broke during our stay. The lanlord managed to send a technician after 3 days of messaging.He didn't answer the phone and i have contacted the homeaway agent.Anyhow the technician declared the AC broke and left.No news from the owner after that.So half of my stay was without AC. The living room has no AC, just a fan on the ceiling.There is no chance to cool this huge space with the AC unit from the adjoin bedroom, as the living room communicate wit the kitchen making the spce even bigger.There is a warm , stuffy atmosphere that makes you stay home. The ceiling fan it is a joke.It is just whirling very slowly. Beside that the beach it is just 50 m from the house.There is a place where you can rent a sun bed and umbrella for 12 eur/set/day. there is a bar/restaurant on the beach-Paliko. Nice menu but the same for 11 days. Contrada de San Giorgio it is a bunch of houses . First supermarket it is in Sciacca, 10-15 min drive.Garbage disposal it is another adventure i will let you to discover. You can use the house just as a base camp for the trips near by.If you are matching this profile you can use the the villa, otherwise please think twice. 100 km away it is San Vito lo Capo that really worth the money. have a good time. Nice villa close to the beach

Nicely decorated villa, close to the beach. It was a amazing stay, we had only one problem - the wi-fi didn't work.

Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes Haus, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand. Sehr nette Vermieter.

A very comfortable stay

The house is an independent part of another house yet with full privacy. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are separated and accessible easily through the terrasse and it wide patio. No garden but a few plants. We hear the sound of the sea waves on the beach at 50m but cannot see it from the house. The beach is made of pebbles but another sand beach can be accessed by 10min walk. Sciacca is a very nice city and Caltabellota worth the drive. The kitchen and facilities are pleasant and WiFi works well in main house. Daniele is a nice host who speaks English. Quite some mosquitos even in November but itch does not last long.

bonne situation par rapport à la plage, dommage que les plages soient sales et non nettoyées, énormément de détritus qui ne donnent pas envie de s'y attarder..

Ottima Villa per vacanze.. veramente da consigliare

Abbiamo passato 2 notti a Villa Muciarè a Sciacca, tappa scelta nel tour della Sicilia che stiamo facendo. Ottima posizione, due passi dalla spiaggia. Torneremo per una settimana di solo mare !!! Da consigliare Un grazie di cuore ai proprietari Marianna e Daniele!!
