”While the hotel itself met basic needs, there were several aspects of the experience that fell short. The lobby felt dated and in need of refreshing. On one evening, a homeless individual was in the lobby handling and playing with the sugar packets in the guest beverage area. ”We had a nice stay. Was disappointed to find that they charged me $25 per night as a pet fee. There was no mention of the additional charge on the site. The pool was a little messy but we have had an abundance of rain in the area recently! At check-in, there had been a power disruption and their computers went down. It took us about 45 minutes to check in. Overall, I would stay there again.”

Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked .
