Attractions around the area include Crockworld, a crocodile and snake park & a restaurant. Washing machine & dishwasher available.
The space
The house is in a quiet residential area, but in close proximity to shops, beach, etc. It is spacious and has the following features: 3 bedrooms (4 beds), 3 bathrooms (2 x en-suite), 2 sleeper couches, outdoor pool (pool towels provided), DSTV, free unlimited wifi, garden, babercue facilities, fully equipped kitchen (with cutlery, crockery, detergents, picnic essentials, washing machine, dishwasher, tea and coffee supplies), air-conditioning, free parking, two lock up garages and a landline phone with free unlimited calls (excluding 086 / 087 numbers only).
This is a free standing house which has a motorised gate, lock up garage, alarm system and a 24 hour security company that will respond should the alarm be set off. The backyard has a pool (pool towels provided) and entertainment area. No load shedding issues as the house has an inverter.
