”This was really enjoyable place to stay. It's located in superb location close to the water and nice distance from both Cape Town downtown and also from Cape Point. Chapman's Peak wasn't too far either.”

”The guesthouse was situated high up in the hill, so we had an excellent view to the bay from our balcony. Perfect spot for sunrise. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Wi-fi was fast. Breakfast had a good variety of everything and kept you going on until lunch. The location was perfect for exploring surroundings. Perfect stay with friendly hosts! ”

”Tintswalo Boulders way surpassed expectations in every way. The view is amazing and add to that the opportunity to see and hear the penguins. The food was fresh and well done at each meal. The staff went over and above to meet and exceed every need. If that isn’t enough wait until you walk through the doors to your room….AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST. We hope to return in the future. ”

”The location is outstanding with a fabulous aspect to the pure white beach and mountains beyond. The staff were brilliant and the food was lovely. The only negative comment I would make would be that the property needs a little bit of TLC in the bathrooms - need updating / refurbishing which would then very much justify a 5 star rating.”

The drying rack in the kitchen had a grime build-up, and the shower floor was quite grubby. I also noticed some hair on the floor under one of the beds, and the vase was hiding an ant family that came out during the night.
