”Bob's place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed with basically every necessity you would want! Check-in communication was timely and simple. The location is close to just about everything Asbury Park has to offer. We're looking forward to returning!”

”Well designed living area. Property was small. Discovered son was living in pool house which was only 10 feet from pool with a large picture window. Original rental indicated the pool house was included. It was not very private since he had to go through property to get to pool house. This is a duplex with only a bathroom separating units. Bathroom was unlocked when we arrived and someone had just taken a shower there. It was later locked. All in all, not very private.”

”It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . ”

”We very much enjoyed our week at this house. It was well stocked with everything we needed and had a beautiful outdoor deck and patio to watch the boats go through the canal. We all agreed watching the boats on the canal was more enjoyable than sitting on the beach. The house was a short drive to the beach (5-10 minutes) and plenty of restaurants and shops.”

”Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) ”

”Great room for a weekend in Asbury. Walkable to the Stone Pony. Plenty of parking.”

”Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience.”

”Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay!”
