Kotimme on täydellinen vuokra kahdelle perheelle tai 3-4 pariskunnalle. Olemme suorittaneet 360 m²: n parvi lisäyksen joulukuun lopulla 2016. Talo JA Casita nukkua korkeintaan 8. Kotimme on erittäin hyvässä kunnossa (yksi numero yksi syistä ihmiset arvostavat kotimme) ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu Sea Ranch / keramiikka Barn ilmeen ja high-end keittiö. Neljä kannet nauttia panoraama hämmästyttävä merelle ja puutarhaan. Helppo kävellä Shell Beach ja yksityisesti sijaitsee lopussa umpikujan varrella. Sijaitsee 0,5 hehtaarin tyhjillä 0,5 hehtaarin paljon kummallakin puolella. Meidän hinnat eivät sisällä Casita. ADD 67 dollaria / yö CASITA sesonkiajan ulkopuolella. ADD 77 dollaria / yö Casita sesonkiaikana.
Lomat (presidentti viikonloppu, pääsiäisviikot, muistopäivä, päivä, kiitospäivä, joulu, uusivuosi, ovat sesonkiaikoina.

Kolme kaasu takkaa, 2 isoa HD-televisio DVR, poreallas, ilmainen langaton internetyhteys. Langaton verkko mahdollistaa suoratoiston (Netflex, jne.). Päärakennus: 1 kuningas, 1 kuningatar, 1 queen vuodesohva (ylin rivi amerikkalainen nahka tuotemerkki) parvi, ikkunan paikkaa lapsille. Casita: 1 queen. (Huomaa, että emme vuokraa yksin Casitaa.)
Tähän kotiin ei ole avoimuutta paitsi sisätiloissaan myös monien ikkunoidensa ulkopuolella. Koti on kaksitasoinen ja 3 askelta keittiöön ja kylpyhuoneeseen. Ainutlaatuinen talomme on suuri avoin niitetty tilaa ympärillä talossa, joka on mahdollistanut monelle whiffle pallopeli, jalkapallo, bocce, frisbee tai leija purjehtii. Tuo polkupyöriäsi joko polkupyöräilyä polkuja tai pyöräily Leeward Road kahdeksan kilometrin kierrosta talomme tiellä hieman muutoksen.

Olemme suunnitelleet irrotettu Casita ainutlaatuisesta sviitistä, jolla on oma kannen, kaasutakka ja upeat näkymät. Perhe ja asiakkaat voivat päättää, mikä Master Suite he pitävät parhaiten talossa. Meidän kannet antaa sinulle paljon vaihtoehtoja auringossa tai varjossa ja suojaa tuulelta. Auringon vaikutus valtava etuikkunat pitää talon paahteinen lämmin kylminä päivinä.

Kotimme tarjoaa lakanat ja sängyt, jotta voit nauttia vierailustasi hetken kuluttua ovelta. Löydät keittiö ja kylpypyyhkeet liikaa. Kautta vuosien vuokraus, huomasimme monissa kodeissa puuttui Keittiö varustus. Nautimme ruoanlaitto & päätti asu keittiö hyvä keittiö astiat, terävät veitset, kattilat ja pannut, paljon mausteita ja mausteet gourmet-kokki. Näkymiä keittiön ikkunat tekee haluat kokki. Sohvalla ja ikkunan paikkaa vetää sinut torkut, lukee kirjaa tai katsella luontoa. Deer rakastavat laiduntamaan talon ympärillä. Älä ihmettele nähdä haukat, kalkkunat, kettu vai kävellä. Voit kävellä tai pyöräretkelle Shell tai Tidepool Beach. Tiivisteet ovat aina siellä, kun heidän päiväunet tai katsella sinua, kun tutkit rannalle. Toinen suosikki paikka talossa on pelipöydässä (alakerta & yläkerta) on näkymät kuin teet palapeli tai pelata yksi monista pelejä tarjotaan.

Yhden Eyed Jack leikkipaikka on lyhyen matkan päässä ja lapsenlapsemme rakastavat tutustuen Cypress pensasaita vieressä leikkipaikka. Olemme varmoja, että viihdyt ja rakastaa rauhallisuutta ja kauneutta Sea Ranch.

This house was a magnificent place for our family to stay for the Christmas holidays! It was spacious, warm and dry, and offered an especially well-stocked kitchen. With the casita, we all had plenty of space to spread out, and with the coastal and up-in-the-hills walks, plenty of space to roam. Access to the rec centers, with their pools and saunas, was also welcome. Brava!

We had a wonderful stay at Abalone Point. The house was well located with a view of the ocean and had everything we needed for a family get-away. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed walking the Bluff Trail each day. The owners really care for their home and it shows in the way it is maintained. We look forward to staying there again.

Abalone Point offers a wonderful respite from urban hustle and bustle. We stayed as a family of four (kids 6 and 3) and the house was perfect for our needs. The location is perfect - 10 to 15 min walk to the perfect beach for tide pools (or 3 min drive, with easy parking), 10 min drive to Gualala for groceries, 10 min drive to "The Hot Spot", 10 min drive to Sea Ranch Lodge and 2Fish bakery. The house was very clean, cozy, and well-suited to cooking or lounging (huge sofa, games, puzzles, multiple TVs and good wifi). We loved watching the local deer by day and stargazing from the hot tub by night. We would love to return!!!

We had a large family group and rented several Sea Ranch houses for a long weekend. It was lovely! The house was immaculate with beautiful views everywhere we looked. The host's instructions were clear for both check in and check out. We had no problems finding it. The host was very responsive whenever I had a question. The wildlife was breathtaking. The stars at night were spectacular. The host even provided great suggestions for things to do on the area. I would stay here again!

We loved our time at Abalone Point. The home is on a cul-de-sac with a spectacular view. It is a short walk from the gorgeous Shell Beach. There is a large yard in the front, which is perfect for outdoor games. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. It is spacious, well-equipped, and nicely organized. There was a great selection of spices and vinegar on hand! We appreciated the multiple patio areas to lounge and enjoy the view. The hot tub is lovely as well. The house includes fun, creative touches such as beautiful collections of shells throughout the house. We look forward to our next visit!

What an enjoyable, relaxing family vacation! The days were spent exploring the great outdoors, from nature trails through the towering redwoods to the many coves along the coast. A family of deer had their breakfast most mornings right in front of the living room windows. Most importantly, the house was very clean and well kept.

I celebrated my office manager's birthday with another coworker up at this property in Sea Ranch. It was such a beautiful and relaxing property that we never left except to enjoy dinner the first night of our arrival. Everything was labeled in the kitchen to make it easy to find what we were looking for. It was so quiet and a truly wonderful escape from the daily grind. Can't wait to come back again next year and do it all over again! 😁

Spacious and homey. Would stay here again. We had 2 adult couples who had their own bedrooms and 1 single in the loft (pullout couch). Plus another couple in the casita. Good parking on property, and easy proximity to the ocean. Only suggestions would be providing more bath towels, pillows, and pillowcases. Also one side of pull out couch is sagging. Otherwise, highly recommend. 😊

The home fits the style and character of Sea Ranch. The owners gave us complete instructions and were great at communicating. The house fit 3 adult couples comfortably. It was a nice place to land at night, and easy traveling distance to Sea Ranch Lodge, where we spent most of our time for a relative's wedding.

Our family loved the both the house and Sea Ranch. The house was very comfortable, with lots of common areas to relax and and very well stocked kitchen. We spent a lot of time walking the paths, seeing deer every morning, and going to visit the harbor seals. Would definitely return.

What an amazing home! We had a small family gathering and the house and attached casita offered exquisite views and every possible accommodation you could need or want. We have rented many homes over the years and we were truly impressed by how immaculate it was cared for and tastefully and comfortably furnished. We personally got to enjoy the master suite which was spacious, very private and had a massive soaking tub in the middle of the bathroom. One of our adult children loved the casita and the privacy and views it offered. The kitchen was fully equipped right down to a coffee grinder and espresso machine. There were windows and light everywhere and we were entertained by the deer and wild turkeys that frequently visited us everyday. We got to visit with family members while walking the many paths along the breathtaking coast. The owners were incredibly responsive to our needs and made the experience seamless. We can’t wait to go back!

Everything we could have hoped for was delivered during our stay. The layout was perfect for privacy as well as our group get together. The kitchen and utensils was like being in my old restaurant. Everything in its place. So many compliments from my family who stayed and those visiting from other rentals they were staying at. We will be back for sure!
