”When I checked in, I mentioned to the front desk that I'm pregnant and hoped to take some photos during our stay. I asked if it would be possible to have a room with a nice view. Unfortunately, we were given a room facing the trees, so it was very dark and had no view at all. Even worse, the room was right next to the elevator. We couldn't sleep all night because of the constant noise from the elevator. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not clean, which was very disappointing.”

”Our toilet was not flushing when we had arrived. We spoke to someone directly at the front desk, she said she would have someone come look at it right away. We did mention that we were gonna be out of the room majority of the day when we arrived back eight hours later, the toilet was still not flushing. We then proceeded to wait for maintenance to come before any of us could shower and get ready for bed. It was very frustrating and we gave them more than eight hours to resolve the issue.”

”Nice spacious room. Included washer dryer in the one bedroom suite. Property staff at front desk wasn’t very helpful. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff were wonderful. Pool, hot tub, and gym were nice to have and we used them, but nothing too special. Nice scenery and convenient parking.”

”I messed up and showed up to my one night accommodation a day late on July 30th. I didn't realize my mistake until I was checking in with my 3 teen sons. Crisis averted! Thankfully they were still able to accommodate us for the night (during peak season) Front staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The teens loved the pool and gym. I loved the peacefulness of the area. The continental breakfast was a great bonus! Will definitely be returning in the future”

”All rooms were on the second level. My wife and I are senior citizens and not as agile as when we were younger. The elevator was not working and we had to carry our luggage up some stairs, without any employee's help. The Inn was situated very close to a popular rock face the was both beautiful and daunting.”
