”Our room was absolutely beautiful, we upgraded to a balcony room and the weather was lovely so ordered take out to eat on the balcony with a few drinks. Ellen was so lovely and made us feel right at home and so welcome, she told us about places to eat locally and things to do in the area. ”The employees were very kind and helpful. We paid for a bigger room but the smell was not good on the room. Cigarettes or just a really musty smell. The towels all smell bad, like dead seagulls. Lol. Perhaps some dryer sheets may be useful. Clean hotel but veryyyyy dated and needs some upgrades.
No bar or restaurant on site - so bring food and drinks otherwise Captain Patrick’s was recommended and was really good. They won Best Chowder and mentioned on Jeopardy!”

”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. ”This is a no frills little motel, but it’s very well located, the innkeeper Raj is lovely, and my room was spotless. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me at a place like this, and my room was immaculately clean.
