”Pet friendly, family friendly. However, the hot water had a very, very strong, sulfur smell. The water tarnished silver jewelry after taking a shower. Although the bathtub is lovely, the smell of the water made it impossible to enjoy it. The only reason we gave it three stars was because of the smell of the water. The owner of the property did supply ample bottled drinking water and they were responsive to our needs. The home is lovely.”

”We found this place for a quick three-day getaway. It's a beautiful old home! Very clean! The A/C worked wonderfully, as the heat and humidity are gearing up for summer. We so enjoyed the wine bar and sitting out on the upstairs balcony. It is surprisingly cool in the evening, as the breeze blew across the porch. There are ceiling fans, if the breeze doesn't cooperate. It's very easy to get in and out of the property, and it's very convenient to anywhere you want to go in Beaufort. David answers...

”Beautiful room with comfy bed. Roomy with a large walk-in shower. Everything we needed for our stay. We had a little difficulty getting in the front door but it was quickly resolved over the phone. Quiet area and the large front porch is an excellent place to relax. Would stay here again for future travels to the area.”
