”The seating area where the fire place and couches are was closed when the pool closed. The fencing should be re designed to allow guests to sit near the couches in the evening.”

”The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great.”

”I went to the staff to ask why both our beds were very lumpy that it was very uncomfortable showing them a picture of the down comforters down was hard a rock ( like stones put inside) for them just to say “oh, well you know they are corn and it’s just how there washeh, what room do we can take a look) no, we’re sorry, no comp nothing!! In the room you can hear your neighbors but it’s mumbling. A very uncomfortable stay”

”The soul reason we picked this hotel over other surrounding hotels was for the hot tub. We were very disappointed to see that the hot tub was not accessible.”

”The staff was very helpful. The carpet smelled like mold, and the pool was not clear. It was muddy looking the air conditioner in our room kept rattling and (Maintenance) said it was nothing they could do about it, even though they tried the best part of my state was the staff.”
