”This house is in the perfect location- easy access to water/ hiking / midcoast towns next door to a delish maine market and coffee roaster… the house itself is a charming old farm house that has all the basic stuff. If you are looking for high end - this isn’t your place. For us, we loved the comfy, lived in beach house vibe. My kids (8 and 5 ) loved all the games provided. The property has a rambling lawn down to the sea. The beach is rocky but you can walk along it- or drive - to a nice swim...
