”Great, quiet location within walking distance to town and only a short stroll across the dunes to the beach. Large house fit two families with lots of room. Library and games room were an added plus! Gave four stars for cleanliness just because of the age of furnishings and carpets but those are definitely easy to overlook when the space and location were so fabulous. Would return in a second! ”

”The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. ”The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine...

”We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Pelican in Arch Cape. Being able to sit out in the hot tub on the deck and enjoying the view was a highlight. The location was perfect and walking out on the beach was a daily activity. In particular, our walk to Hug Point was very special.The house was perfect for our multi-generational family offering plenty of available space. Highly recommend!”

”The smell of the rental was horrible. We walked in to a very strong chemical smell that never went away during our 2 night stay. The windows were permanently locked so we couldn't air it out that way. We had to open the front door for fresh air. The smell was so strong, it was unappealing to even want to cook in the kitchen.
