”This cottage was absolutey perfect! It was quaint and cozy and had everything we needed! We were so close to the beach and boardwalk that we parked our car on arrival, and never moved it until we checked out. We walked everywhere because it was so convenient. The owners were fabulous, friendly, and made sure we were good. Should we go to seaside again, this is where we will stay. ”

”Yes the building is old (as the listing states) but the place is as advertised in the pictures. Communication was by far the best I have experienced. Everything was nice and clean with a nice easy walk to the beach (beach tags included).”

”Newly renovated property just 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Our contact, Erick, was responsive and friendly. The living room and kitchen area are open floor plan so it's a great place to hang out with comfy seating. One thing to note, the $250 deposit is due in cash when you arrive and returned when you leave. Our fam had a great time!”

”This apartment was perfectly located at the beginning of the pier. We enjoyed having coffee out on the porch and we enjoyed walking the pier to different places. The apartment is very clean, but it is very small so it really is perfect for just two people I think having a third person in there unless it's a child would be a little cramped. There were some suggestions that I am sending to the owner but overall I would absolutely stay here again.”

”Cute and quaint beach town; not overpopulated. Nice and relaxing time with plenty of activities nearby for all ages. The walkability was great. Our host, Roseanne, was awesome. ”The home was such a great space for our group. The multiple decks and living spaces offered many opportunities for the teens enjoy their space at their time and the adults do the same in another space—all under one roof. The hole is wonderfully decorated with style and comfort. Bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces are well thought out for comfort and design. Plenty of extra thought was made when welcoming the guests. Plenty of beach equipment, very sufficient kitchen amenities/supplies. ”
