Subject: Disappointed with the Hospitality Experience During My Stay
Dear the hotel team,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the hospitality I experienced during my recent stay at enter urban hotel.
Unfortunately, the level of service and care provided fell far below the standards I expected from the place called the hotel big name right? Specifically, the check in process to hold myself and others to wait until 4pm to just check in. Just because of your policy.People sitting at the lobby for hours is this real courtesy? That is not it, the desk staff wasn . Nn “the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive,” or “housekeeping was inconsistent and failed to replenish basic amenities”]. Additionally, [another issue, e.g., “the room was not clean upon arrival, and my requests for assistance were ignored or delayed”].
What made this more frustrating was the lack of responsiveness and professionalism when I raised my concerns during the stay. As a paying guest, I believe basic courtesy, prompt service, and a welcoming environment should be a priority at any hotel.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the hospitality and customer experience moving forward. I would appreciate a response and explanation regarding these concerns.
