You get what you pay for
The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. It had the bare minimum for amenities. I would not have been comfortable in the neighborhood alone or at night.

Clean and homey
John was very sweet. We needed somewhere to rest up. For the price this was perfect. This was cleaner than alot of hotel rooms we stayed in for double the price. Would definitely get again.

The actual apartment is small but very well maintained, its just too bad tnat the adjacent buildings are run down and not well maintained. The garbage situation was disgusting too, garbage dumpsters were overflowing all of the time

Great apartment and property manager-- just a bit of a scary neighborhood
The place is very clean, perfect for 2 people. Full kitchen had everything we need, bathroom and bedroom were also good size and in good shape. It had everything we needed. John was very nice and communicative. We wanted to extend our stay by one night and he was very flexible and very responsive, we were able to square that away quickly via a couple of exchanged messages. We were initially, however, given the wrong code via email so we couldn't get in on the day of our arrival (and it was 3am because our flight was super delayed!) but the phone number provided prior to check in about lock outs worked great, the service immediately fixed the problem and gave us the new code. Took only a few mins and was just a silly mistake so no harm no foul. The one major flaw is the location, as it is located in a seemingly sketchy neighborhood in town in what we were told is the gang part of town. We did hear what sounded like a gunshot at 5am that awoke us...... but for the record, we had no issues with theft or any bad encounters with any neighbors. But there were moments when we were a little bit on edge, we definitely preferred coming home before it was dark and we were definitely a bit jumpy after that. Overall, it was close to the airport and close to the highway and was really good locationally for our itinerary, just the neighborhood was scary and felt a little unsafe tbh. Thank you!

Weekly Stay
It was a very great apartment, and it had a nice touch to it. Very well organized. Just as a head's up; the apt.'s location is in a gang location of the city, BUT the community takes care of each other, and the police maintain the community safe. Review
The neighborhood was Suspicious and checking into the property took some time since we were not informed the pin code for the door. Figuring out the code took about an hour to an hour and a half since the owner did not get back to us as soon as possible. The pillows had splotches of yellow stains when removing the coverings.

Cute apartment close to the airport
This apartment was the perfect space for me and my wife. We came up for a wedding so we just needed a place to shower and sleep. It was really easy to find the apartment. It’s really close to the airport (15mins) and we found A LOT of great places to eat nearby! We also weren’t too far from many hikes in WA 🙌🏽 I recommend this place for someone who just needs the necessities.

Unit was exactly as described and pictured, except the outdoor space appeared to have new sod, so that was even better! It's obvious the owner cares about his rental. The kitchen is equipped, coffee available for brewing, a few condiments in the fridge along with dish soap and paper towels. He even checked to see that we had gotten settled in or if we had any needs. I'm just not sure the owner of the neighboring units have the same standards. Driving in, the right side of the neighborhood looked sketchy, while the left side had gated apartments. I got this unit for a job assignment and thus go out at various hours, day & night. I never experienced any issues but I was on alert anytime I left or returned to the unit after dark. It's a nice unit, just be aware the neighborhood is NOT a reflection of it.

Perfect for 2
The wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon and it was great! The bed was a little firmer than we liked but it was great having a full sized fridge and freezer and a stove top for nights we just wanted to come home early and cook some food. Couch was comfy and the extra blanket was really nice! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood that is easy to get to.

Very comfortable place for two. Quiet neighborhood.
My husband and I enjoyed this unit. It was comfortable and the owner provided extra items in the kitchen (seasonings and grocery items). Frying pans need to be replaced. Parking is not a problem.
