”The hotel is located on the beach and we arrived during the busiest time of the year- Cowes week and it was not easy getting rooms in any hotels . We booked 2 rooms for a family of 4 and we had clean sheets and clean bed . After paying £1900 for 2 rooms for 4 nights - breakfast not included, nobody at the reception after 5pm and no room service until asked was a huge disappointment.
