I cannot say enough good things about this property. We have been doing girls trips in the Bodega Bay area for over 20 years and this is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed. Being in Sebastopol was even closer to us than Bodega so that was more convenient. There were 12 of us women and there was plenty of room inside the house and plenty of areas around the property to gather. It is a large beautiful property with tall surrounding trees and so well maintained. The house has four bedrooms with very comfortable beds. They thought of all the little amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfortable. It’s very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked well with plates, glasses, pots, and pans and utensils. Lots of different seating areas throughout the house. The backyard is gorgeous with a large pool, lounge chairs, and a hot tub all very well maintained. The pool Casita is darling and we loved having some of our guests stay there which added an additional kitchen and bathroom as well. We loved the pickle ball court, which was such a wonderful addition for us. There’s also a fire pit area, large dining table outside, the beautiful view from the upstairs deck, badminton/volleyball grassy area. I could go on and on. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful property. The management had great communication and were very responsive when we needed anything.
