”Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. Air conditioning worked well. Room temperature was perfect. Lots of parking. Nice that they have complimentary coffee and tea”

I usually bring my CPAP machine when I travel and I didn’t because of the power outage being scheduled. And I therefore had a bad nights sleep along with my husband. ”Great place for couples, 3 doors away from the Avon Theatre. The rooms were modernized, clean and comfortable. The only issue is parking, but there is a public lot about 1/2 a block away, and the "parking police" tend to be lenient.”
